Stephanie Hall, B.S., C.A.L.D

Chief Executive Officer

Welcome to Island City! I was raised as an ER Greyhound and am honored to support this amazing community. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education from WMU and continued my education as a Certified Assisted Living Director. I have been given an opportunity to not only support and assist an amazing work team at ICAL but to be involved on a daily basis with a generation that I admire and respect.

Jaime Hardesty

HR/Admissions Director

Jaime is a wonderful addition to ICAL's management team, supporting both HR and admissions. She attentively cares for staff needs and thoughtfully guides new residents and their families as they begin their journey to a new home. With over 25 years in the customer service industry, Jaime brings a diverse skill set to the ICAL team. She lives in Pleasant Lake with her husband and high school sweetheart of 25 years with their two children, Grace and Zakery. When not working, you can often find her boating, reading, bike riding or doing some sort of craft.

Julie Metts

I have been with Island City Assisted Living for many years and am proud to be the new Director of Activities. My relationship with our residents grows every day. I couldn’t be more blessed than to have the opportunity to spend my time with them.
