Sheryl, Stephanie, and the entire staff at ICAL,

We can’t thank all of you enough for the outstanding care that you gave Mom (Joan) for the 4 years that she was there. She loved being there. It took her a while, but she called it her home. Everyone was so good to her, and she cared for all the residents. Whenever we visited with her, she was always excited to talk about the week, whether it was the meals (the breakfast Sammy was her favorite by far), the activities (Marty was her favorite), or how good the staff was to her.

Everyone was so caring even up to her final days.
